I’m a Professional Psychotherapist working with adults, couples and Adolescents. with MSc degree in RE/CBT from Goldsmith University in London, PGD in Psychodynamic approach in psychotherapy from The Tavistock and Portman, PGD in Systemic Supervision from Institute of Family Therapy and Certificate in Couple / Relationship Therapy.
I have been working with adults, adolescents and children in Family and Children services in London and privately for the past 20 years. I have also worked as a member of the management team in Family and Children Services providing clinical supervision to a team of practitioners with strategic overview and responsibility for the service.
I have an extensive experience in working with attachment, Childhood trauma, family and romantic relationships and in the treatment of many mental and emotional disturbances including anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, guilt, anger, jealousy or self-discipline problems (for example comfort eating or eating disorders), difficulties in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, managing stress, low self-esteem or procrastination amongst others.
I have undertaken further training in third-wave therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and many more. I am able to integrate all these different approaches into my practice and tailor intervention to each client’s needs.
